Grounds and Building Rental Inquiry Form
The Woodstock History Center’s grounds, located in the middle of the Village of Woodstock, are rented on a contractual basis for a variety of events. The venue is the upper back lawn of the museum. We can accommodate several different sized tents in various configurations. Included in the site rental is the use of our unisex bathroom on the lower level of the Woodstock History Center. Additional space usage like the access to our kitchenette and library can be included in the agreement but should be discussed before the contract is signed. We can accommodate no more than 120 guests on our property.
A rental is required for groups of individuals of 5 or more who use our grounds for events.
Alcohol and other substances are not allowed on property with no acceptions.
If the application is approved, a contract agreement will be issued and signed by both parties.
The Woodstock History Center also has a library and barn that organizations, businesses, and individuals rent per hour. There are various configurations of tables and chairs that our space allows. Please make an appointment to view the space and also to discuss options.
Function Fees
Library Rentals which includes meetings and other gatherings. Limited times and dates are available.
Non-profit/Charitable Organization: $40/hour +cleaning fee for gatherings with food (non-dining).
Other: $100/hour +cleaning fee for gatherings with food (non-dining).
Grounds Rentals which include meetings, Celebration of life, and other gatherings. Limited time and dates are available.
Members at Contributing level of the Woodstock History Center
5-15 people $100/hour
16 to 30 people $200/hour
31-60 people $300/hour
61-120 people $400/hour
